Eli Anker, M.D., P.C. is a medical practice of vascular surgeons.
Dr. Anker has treated vascular disease since 1977, delivering the most current vascular treatments to patients throughout Long Island.
As one of the Island’s leading vascular surgeons and a recognized expert in the field of vascular surgery, Dr. Anker and his staff focus on providing patients with the highest level of care.
Problem/Pain
The client came to us as a referral from a cancer specialist in Los Angeles. His attorney requested an advanced, professional website designer for another client in New York who was in need of a website for his practice.
We faced a major hurdle because the doctor’s attorney was our contact person for the project, but he lacked technology and web design knowledge and knew very little about the practice, in general. This got the project off to a slow start.
It became more complicated as we realized the attorney’s vision for the site different significantly than that of Dr. Anker.
After several revisions to the layout, design process and content, the office manager who was much more knowledgeable about the office, the practice and websites in general took over as the primary contact. The office manager got us back on track by providing us with the information we needed.
Solution
We designed a professional website with a content management system, which allowed the staff to manage the site and quickly post new information and content.
